• All payments are non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation before the service begins.
• Once the consultation or report work has started, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was made twice by mistake.
• Service was not delivered due to our fault.
